30-day guarantee
If you're not happy with the product, you have 30 calendar days from receipt to request a return, and we'll refund 100% of the amount paid.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law, you always have at least 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason.
How to request a return
- Write to us at mariocasrod2007@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with the instructions and the return address.
- The product must be returned in good condition, with all its parts and stencils.
Refund
Once we have received and checked the return, we'll issue the refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
Defective or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work properly, send us a photo or video and we'll send you a replacement or refund your money, at no cost to you.
